Independent Educational Evaluations
(IEE's)
Margaret J. Kay, Ed.D., N.C.S.P., D.A.B.P.S., is a Pennsylvania
Licensed Psychologist (PS003431L), a
Delaware Licensed Psychologist (B1-0000780),
a Diplomate of the
American Board of
Psychological Specialties in Educational and School Psychology, a Pennsylvania
Department of Education Certified School Psychologist and
Nationally
Certified School Psychologist.
Dr. Kay has been employed in private practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, since 1980
and the majority of her professional work is devoted to providing comprehensive,

Why Obtain an IEE?
- Psychoeducational evaluations help to identify the individual's intellectual functioning
status, unique learning style characteristics, present academic achievement levels,
career/vocational interests and aptitudes, and social/emotional needs.
- Reports and consultations are tailored to provide clear, "user friendly"
recommendations, which are targeted to improve the student's learning, attention, behavior
and academic success.
