Sandy Melancon
Sandy
is our executive secretary, typist, word processor and receptionist extraordinaire. A tireless
worker who makes Dr. Kay look good on paper, Sandy is the first to
arrive at the office every day and the first to leave!
In addition to her life at our office, Sandy
is an avid golfer, kayaker and skier who lives with her husband, George,
in
Marietta. She has two married daughters, Robin and Kelly, and is the grandmother
of twins,
Carter and Logan.
Despite her yearnings for golf, the beach,
kayaking and skiing,
Sandy is a loyal and dedicated worker
who often takes work home on weekends to make sure that our clients receive

Bonnie Shaffer
Bonnie has headed our tutoring
program since 1988. A valued and conscientious employee,
Bonnie,
has helped many school-age students and adults achieve their full academic
potential.
Former clients of Bonnie's include college graduates, high school
students and elementary age children.

Robin Hoffman
Robin is our
office manager who is likely to greet you on the phone when you call our
office.
In addition to answering the
phone, scheduling appointments and keeping the books,
Robin is the
person who you are most likely to see when you come into the office.
Robin is from Wisconsin but has
managed within three short years to navigate the Lancaster County
roads
with skill and ease and to absorb the local culture. Cheerful, warm,
engaging and friendly, Robin also
has a wonderful sense of humor and is
just plain fun. She can help to answer your questions about testing and
the services we provide and will take good care of you when you're
visiting us.

Loura is a
Nationally Certified School Psychologist, a PA Licensed Attorney at Law
and a passionate advocate for children. With a twenty year career as a
legal advocate,
Senior School Psychologist for the Manheim Township School District,
Behavior Specialist
and autism expert, Loura provides our clients with excellent Independent
Educational Evaluations (IEE's), Functional Behavior Assessments,
