Casey is a Senior Certified ADHD Coach, Board Certified Coach, and CTA Certified Coach. She is also a presenter for CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD) and the Bar Association (CLEs), and contributing author and interviewee. She is a former director of academics, research, and outreach for ADHD programming with a Masters in Educational Leadership.
Casey founded Dixon Life Coaching in 2005 to help people with ADHD to gain clarity, accept where they are, and take control over their lives. In her work with high-energy ADHD clients–attorneys, professors, business owners, artists, engineers, and college students, to name a few–Casey combines advanced coaching skills with her up-to-date understanding of ADHD.
Casey will partner with you without judgment, but with honesty, directness, and humor. Casey is known for helping clients alleviate worry and get a solid grip on what needs to be done, how to go about doing it, when to fit it in, and how to know when goals are achieved.
In 2015, Casey launched Mindfully ADD, a single online source for information, motivation, and guided mindfulness and meditation practices exclusively designed for adults with ADHD.
